Scouting For Girls
Scouting for Girls are a UK indie band, established in 2005 by Roy Stride, Peter Ellard and Greg Churchouse. Scouting for Girls are best known for their tracks, "It's Not About You", "Elvis Ain't Dead", "Heartbeat", "I Wish I Was James Bond", "She's So Lovely" and "Keep on Walking". The band’s name is a play on of the Scouts handbook, “Scouting for Boys” and the band’s fanclub are known as “Wolfcubs”.
Scouting For Girls self-titled debut album went straight to No.1 in the UK in 2008 and is a mix of pop rock and indie pop tracks. They have had 3 Top 10 singles from the album, “She’s So Lovely”, “Heartbeat” and “Elvis Ain’t Dead”. The band were nominated for Best New Act at the MTV Europe Music Awards in 2008 and were nominated for 3 BRIT awards in 2009.

Scouting for Girls' second album 'Everybody Wants To Be On TV' was released in April 2010 and reached number 2 in the UK charts. The single 'This Ain't A Love Song' (ironically a love song) shot straight to number one.
