The Rolling Stones Brian Jones death - case reviewed

The BBC has reported that the case involving the death of Brian Jones, a founding member of the Rolling Stones, is to be reviewed after the police were given new information. Jones, was found dead at the bottom of a swimming pool in 1969 with a verdict of death by misadventure being recorded. Speculation has always remained that Jones was murdered.

Whilst it is to early to launch a new investigation an East Sussex police spokesman said, "These papers will be examined by Sussex Police, but it is too early to comment at this time as to what the outcome will be."
