How long can I view a video for?
You have purchased the video for the duration of its’ playing time.
If I view more than once will I be charged?
Yes, you will be charged for every viewing of the video. Please note that we are charged by the hosting and streaming companies and we have to pay royalties on every stream.
What happens if I don’t like the video?
Unfortunately, we have no control over your personal preferences. We would, however, point out that many of the videos and footage we show are of historical significance, were recorded very many years ago and, in consequence, the quality may not be to the level that you would expect today.
Can I buy the video I have seen?
Most video footage shown on the site is not available for sale; however, if you contact us at info@rokpool.com we will be able to tell you more about the particular track you have viewed.
How can I contact the owner of the video, photo or other content?

Can I license the content?
Some of the product on the site is owned directly by Rokpool Limited, other content is sub licensed. In the first instance you must contact us at info@rokpool.com.
Can I use the content freely myself?
No, all content that is shown on the site is subject to copyright or third party rights.
Can I record the audio?
No, all audio on the site is subject to copyright or third party rights.
Can I download any of the content?
Some content on the site is available for free download. This is clearly specified on the relevant pages.
I have content I would like to offer.
We are always happy to discuss any situation where content is offered to us. Please contact us at content@rokpool.com.
I think some of the content should not be shown.
If you find any of the content offered is unacceptable to you, for whatever reasons, please email us at info@rokpool.com.
I think I own rights to some of the content.
We try very hard to ensure that all content is credited to the appropriate owner and royalties are paid. In some instances, it may be that we have not been able to track down the original content owner or possibly that we have been given false information. We are happy to rectify the situation and remove any content that should not be on the site. Please contact us at content@rokpool.com
Will my details be passed to third parties?
We have no intention of passing personal details to any third parties.

On the presumption that this was not a problem with regard to your computer, then please contact us at info@rokpool.com and we will investigate the situation. If, however, the problem is related to your computer or to an electrical failure in your area, then we are afraid that we cannot rectify the situation.
Can I transfer my Rok Credits?
No you cannot transfer your Rok Credits.
Can I cash in my Rok Credits?
We do not have a system whereby it is possible to cash in Rok Credits.
What happens when my membership expires?
You will be advised in advanced before your membership expires and you will be able to choose whether to continue to be a member or not.
