Application to consign memorabilia to Auction via Rokpool

If you are interested in letting us help you sell your rock and pop memorabilia at auction, please fill in the form below, including one or two photographs to give us a better idea of the item and its condition.

We are acting as intermediaries and will not be storing the items, so please do not send them to us.

Once we have had a chance to value your memorabilia, we will get back to you and give you details of our expert's extimate of its likely auction price and details of what to do next if you are interested in placing this into one of our forthcoming London auctions.

Conditions:

• We cannot accept items that are likely to have a value of less than £100
• We cannot accept autographs or items that are not authenticated or from a proven source.
• Our auctions are not suitable for the sale of Vinyl records.
• Detailed descriptions should include clear explanation of damaged areas no matter how small.
• We reserve the right to refuse any items and will inform the authorities where we think fraud or theft may have been involved.
• Valuations will only be carried out on content we consider suitable for auction.
• Valuations are meant as a guide only and for our purposes, they do not guarantee that the item will sell for that price.
• All vendors should have their own independent valuations carried out as well.
• We are prepared to consider items accompanied by a valuation from a reputable source.
• A valuation/admin fee of £5 per item will be charged for each item.
